Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • All orders are processed through Shopify and fulfilled by Printful, our trusted print-on-demand partner.

  • Once you place an order, it will be automatically sent to Printful for production.

  • Average fulfillment time is 2–7 business days, depending on the product type and stock availability.

Shipping Times

  • After fulfillment, shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

    • International Orders: 7–21 business days after fulfillment (varies by country)

  • Please note: these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • Occasionally, promotions may include discounted or free shipping.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • DJ HUNTS APPAREL LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If an incorrect address is entered and the order is returned to Printful, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.

International Orders & Customs

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • DJ HUNTS APPAREL LLC and Printful cannot predict or control these additional charges.
